Academic / School Year Programs

Falcone Institute’s school-year programs foster student ownership and self-advocacy for managing challenges, defining goals and achieving success!

We develop our integrated school year programs and schedules around each client’s specific needs, schedules and various other factors to provide consistent, continuous support, skill development and family communication.

We provide home and school visits in addition to on-site services and serve as a liaison to the educational system by providing special needs advocacy, teacher understanding and support.

Our skilled team works with students ranging in age and stage from kindergarten through graduate school.

  • Planning and organization, executive functioning

  • Social pragmatics / awareness

  • Test preparation skills

  • Self-awareness and stress management techniques

  • Neurocognitive/Neurodevelopment Program

  • Communication with parents and advocacy for implementation and optimization of client academic support programs (IEPs, 504 Plans, SSTs, etc.)

  • Speech-language evaluations and therapy

  • SAT/ACT and other standardized test preparation

  • Regular program updates
